Tarallini Cheese and pepper taste are made following the typical traditional recipe, using raw materials characteristic of the Mediterranean diet, such as, extra virgin olive oil. They are characterized by a ring shape, a golden color and a distinctive flavor, enhanced by the flavor of extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: Wheat FLOUR type “00”, white vine (contain SULPHITES), high oleic sunflower oil, salt, extra virgin olive oil 2%, preparation based on medium-ripe processed CHEESES in powder form 1.9% (dehydrated CHEESE, whey, concentrated whey proteins, MILK fat; emulsifying salts [E339, E331], salt), black pepper 0.5%.
