1705, Romagna
It began at a water mill in the Apennines.
The Naldoni story starts in 1705, at a water mill deep in the Romagna hills. From mill to mill, father to son, the family has carried the craft of milling forward for seven generations.
Igino & Elido Naldoni
The first roller mill, after the war.
In the years after the Second World War, brothers Igino and Elido Naldoni opened the family's first roller mill at Marzeno di Brisighella, an operation later converted entirely to organic milling.
Today
A new mill, the same family.
Since 2019, the Naldoni family has milled from a state-of-the-art, BRC-certified facility in Faenza, grinding over 450 tonnes of wheat a day and shipping flour to more than 46 countries, still run as a family business.
