This dark dressing is blended with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes originating from the vineyards of the Malpighi family and then aged for at least 6 years in refined oak wood barrels. It is soft, full-bodied and very versatile in extending creativity into everyday cooking.
