The Platinum Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made using the must of grapes and wine vinegar originating from the vineyards of the Malpighi family, which is then aged in oak wood barrels. It is a 100% natural product, free of caramel, dyes, or additives.
Appearance
This balsamic vinegar has a clear appearance, an intense dark brown colour, a round and full fragrance, a velvety and well balanced flavour, and a density rating of 1.36.
Pairs Well With
It is delicious on vegetable salads, grilled or cooked vegetable, roasted meat, carpaccio and boiled meat, poured in droplets on risotto, buffalo mozzarella caprese, fried vegetables, fresh strawberries and artisanal vanilla ice cream.
