Little and soft, sweet and sour pearls with a liquid heart consisting of the dressing Prelibato Rosé, based on must from Modenese Trebbiano and Ancellotta grapes, cultivated in the family vines, combined with rose essence taken from the plants in our Farm “Tenuta del Cigno”.
Characterised by intense aroma and fruity flavour, they are perfect to give a refined and tasty touch to all dishes.
