Il Prelibato ("the most delicious") is an extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Fratelli Pugliese, produced in S. Domenica Talao, Scalea, in the heart of Calabria, Italy. Crafted from a blend of Carolea, Coratina, and Roggianella olives, it is cold-pressed following traditional methods to deliver a genuine, natural oil with very low acidity.

Tasting Notes

Golden in colour with a pleasant fruity aroma and a delicate, slightly bitter finish that reflects the character of the finest Calabrian olives.

How to Use

Versatile enough for raw and cooked applications, Il Prelibato works beautifully as a finishing oil on salads, grilled vegetables, bruschetta, pasta, soups, and grilled meats, or as an everyday cooking oil for any dish.
