The Platinum Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is a flagship product from Acetaia Malpighi, one of Modena's most respected vinegar producers. Made exclusively from the grape must and wine vinegar of the Malpighi family's own vineyards, it is aged in oak wood barrels and contains no caramel, dyes, or additives. A 100% natural expression of Modenese tradition.

Tasting Notes

Deep, intense dark brown in colour with a round and full fragrance. The flavour is velvety and well balanced, with a density of 1.36 that gives it a luxurious, coating texture.

How to Use

Drizzle over vegetable salads, grilled or roasted vegetables, carpaccio, boiled or roasted meats, risotto, buffalo mozzarella caprese, and fried vegetables. Also exceptional on fresh strawberries and artisanal vanilla ice cream.
