The extra virgin olive oil "Rinascimento" by Marina Palusci is a monovarietal olive oil extracted completely from the Dritta cultivar which is the one most common varities on the farm.

This olive oil is ideal for pastry, it goes perfectly with dark chocolate. A must try with toasted sourdough bread, 70% dark chocolate and a couple of salt flakes.
