This extra virgin olive oil by Marina Palusci is a monovarietal oil of the cultivar Intosso from Abruzzo.
Appearance
The colour is an emerald green with straw yellow reflections. The nose has notes of tomato, nightshade, aromatic herbs, and balsamic while the taste is intensely fruity, with perceived bitter and spicy notes in harmony with hints of tomato and herbs.
Pairs Well With
This olive oil is excellent when paired with raw fish, lasagna, burrata cheese and zucchini. It is also perfect with dark chocolate desserts.
