The extra virgin olive oil “LÓLIO Monocultivar Coratina” embodies the very essence of the Apulian tradition, flavors and lifestyle.
LÓLIO Monocultivar Coratina is obtained from a careful selection of only the finest olives of the typical “Coratina” Apulian cultivar. LÓLIO Monocultivar Coratina looks precious in its elegant bottle, which showcases its true green colour, reminiscent of the olives from which
it is extracted.
LÓLIO Monocultivar Coratina represents our identity and is the result of the cold extraction of extra virgin olive oil derived from “Coratina” olives, typical of the northern Bari area and which take their name from the city of Corato.
Perfect as an accompaniment to intensely flavoured dishes such as roast meats, cheeses or to give a strong character to a bruschetta or a pasta dish.
This extra virgin olive oil has a distinctive and elegant taste and features intense fruity notes that give way to a strong and spicy aftertaste. The distinctive flavor of the extra virgin olive oil extracted from the “Coratina” cultivar is due to its high concentration of polyphenols, which are renowned for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Tasting
A golden-green color. On the nose, it releases intense vegetal and herbaceous aromas of artichoke, chicory, hay, and a captivating balsamic and black pepper note.
On the palate, its fragrance is striking, lending elegance and power, with a very distinct bitterness and intense spiciness that balances the long aftertaste of spices and arugula.
